OVERVIEW When trouble hits, reputations can be made or broken in hours or even minutes. During this critical time, a company can create a lasting bond with its customers or sustain irreparable damage. Sometimes, the damage is easily quantified – legal liabilities, lost productivity, orders cancelled. In other instances, the damage to corporate reputation is beyond the measurement of stock price or orders – it is the difference between existing or going out of business. James E. Lukaszewski, President of Lukaszewski, and Michael Turner, Group VP of Public Affairs for MWW Group, engaged thirty communicators with intense conversation.
